offer non-refundable bookings from June 1 until September 30 each
year but are often able to provide rentals on a "call first
drop in" basis for a few weeks before June 1 and after Sept. 30. (To estimate taxes, add about 15% - send us an email if you would
like a proper quote!)
We
highly recommend insuring your Non-Refundable Booking. Contact your
local insurance company or ask and we can put you in touch with
one we know of.

is for guests who return annually (10%). Applies to plan prices only.
To qualify for the Repeat Guest Discount, you must have stayed with
us within the last two years. |

Visit Discount |
20% |
This
is for guests who return a second time in the same year (20%). To
qualify for the Second Visit Discount your second booking must be
separated by at least 7 nights. |
CHECK-IN is no earlier than 2:00pm on your first day.
CHECK-OUT is no later than 11:00am after your last night.
All bookings include
the use of resort facilities free of charge: Patio & Hot Tub, Wood
fired sauna, Games Room (pool table, board games, books, and darts), Children's
Play Area, Campfire Circle, and evening Slide Shows about plants and animals,
gold rush history, and aboriginal history of the Southern Chilcotin. LODGE

Terms:
A
40% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Bookings are reversible
within 7 days of confirmation after which the entire booking is 100% non-refundable.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances the unused value of your booking
may be used towards another booking made within the same calendar year.
Consider obtaining Cancellation Insurance from your local insurance company.
The unpaid balance is due on your last day. Please inform us of medical
or other special concerns in advance!

for our U.S. friends:

For US customers, unfortunately the GST is not refundable from the
Canadian
Government when you cross back in to the USA. Ask your lodge
manager for details before you leave. (GST # 139182745 RT)

Fishing
Licenses are available for purchase at the lodge.
